Gooseberry + Coconut Oil + Shikakai powder hair mask
This fruit, also known as amla, is high in vitamin C, antioxidants, and flavonoids, all of which aid to maintain a healthy scalp and promote hair development and texture. Coconut oil nourishes and moisturises your hair, while shikakai strengthens the roots of your hair.
To make the mask, follow these steps:
- Bring two teaspoons of coconut oil to a boil with one tablespoon each of amla and shikakai powder.
- Before going to bed, massage this oil into your scalp after straining it.
- Shampoo your hair first thing in the morning.
